Slow Roasted Lamb Shank served on Creamed Potato, Roasted Carrot and Garlic and Rosemary Cooking Sauce

Pan Fried Salmon Fillet with a Lemon and Caper Butter Sauce served on Orange Flavoured Crispy Potatoes
